Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To start a return, please contact us at shopnovavoom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

After you contact us, you will have 30 days to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they change their mind or no longer want the item. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we will help resolve the issue.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Please note that it can take time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
